Introduction
CupixCapture is the CupixWorks mobile app for capturing site conditions with a 360° camera and uploading them to CupixWorks. It covers the whole job in the field: pick the project, the building and the level, record with the camera, add PhotoNotes and VoiceNotes as you go, and upload.
New in CupixWorks 5.0: a project can hold several buildings, each with its own levels. You choose the building and the level before you capture, and the capture is filed under exactly that building and level.
- To use the Insta360 X5, the camera firmware must be version 1.6.18 or later. The latest firmware is available through the Insta360 mobile app (version 2.10.0 or later is required for this upgrade). If the camera you used last runs older firmware, CupixCapture asks you to update it, when the app starts and right after the camera connects.
- To upload through CupixConnect instead of the phone, turn on CupixConnect Upload in Settings › Upload Setting. See Upload with CupixConnect below.
