Where to find it, and the one thing that is not in it
Click your avatar, top right. The menu shows your name and email, then Personal Settings, then a Theme choice — Light, Dark, System — and Sign Out.
Theme is in that menu and not on any settings page. If you are hunting for it under Preferences, that is why you cannot find it.

Profile
Three cards. Profile Information holds first name, last name and email address. Password shows a masked value. Your Groups lists the groups you belong to in this team and names your current team.
Each card is edited by its own Change — the page does not have one big edit mode.
Notifications — three cards, and the first one decides the other two
Project Scope comes first and it is the one worth setting deliberately: it chooses which projects notify you at all. The options are all projects I am a member of, pinned project apps, and projects I administer.
Everything below it is scoped by that choice. Turning an event on does not widen which projects it applies to.
Events covers data and processing: new capture data available, design reference published, SiteInsights processing complete.
SiteNotes covers note activity, and has two levels. First apply to — all SiteNotes, ones I created, or ones where I am in a member field. Then which changes notify you: status changed, I am added to a member field, a property value is updated, a comment is added.
All three cards edit the same way: Change, then the controls become live, then Save or Cancel. Nothing is saved as you toggle.
Three cards is all there is. There is no grid of projects against event types, no per-project row, and no inheritance or override between a team setting and yours. If you are looking for a way to notify yourself differently about one particular project, the answer is Project Scope and nothing finer.
Security — two-step verification
One card: Two-Step Verification, showing Enabled or Disabled, with a single toggle behind Change. As on every card here, the change takes effect when you Save.
The second step is a code emailed to you. You sign in with your password and CupixWorks sends a verification code to your email address. There is no authenticator app, no SMS option and no set of recovery codes — one method, and it is your email.
So the security of your account rests on the security of your mailbox. Worth saying plainly: if someone can read your email they can complete the second step, which is a reason to have two-step on your mail account as well.
Your team can require this. Team Settings › General carries a team-wide two-step policy, and the team policy wins. While it is on, this toggle shows as on and locked, marked as required by your team, and you cannot turn it off. If the team later turns the policy off, the choice comes back to you — and if you had it on, it stays on until you change it.
Preferences
Two fields, and no more: Measurement unit and Language.
Both are seeded from the team defaults and both are yours to override. The team sets three units — length, area and volume — and you get one control. So you cannot keep the team's area unit while changing its length unit; your choice here applies to the set.
