What it is
SiteView Offline Viewer is a desktop application for Windows and macOS that opens a downloaded SiteView with no internet connection and no browser. It is a viewer only — nothing done in it goes back to CupixWorks.
Three reasons teams use it:

| Handover | Handing over records to satisfy a legal or contractual obligation, where the recipient must be able to open them without an account. |
| Archival | A backup copy for security compliance or long-term retention. |
| Offline sharing | Giving a client or another party the record without giving them platform access. |
What you need first
An offline SiteView is produced by CupixConnect, not by the viewer. Download it first — see Download SiteView content — and keep the .cpxsv file together with its content folder.
