Activity is the first page under Admin in the project's menu. It is the project's log: one line per thing that happened, newest first, grouped under a date heading.
- Search activity - finds entries by their text, so a capture name or a person's name both work.
- All types, Anyone, All time - narrow the log by kind of activity, by who did it, and by date range.
- One date, one entry - entries are grouped under their date, newest first: who did what to which item, the time, and the item's type. The underlined name opens the item.
Reading an entry
Each entry names who, what and to what, for example published the SiteView New SiteView, with the time beneath it and a small chip for the kind of item (SiteView, Capture, Site/Building and so on). The underlined name is a link: a capture's name opens the capture, a SiteView's name opens the SiteView.
Finding one entry
Four controls sit above the log:

All four combine with AND: an entry has to match every filter you have set to appear. A filter in use shows what it holds (Captures +1 is two types) and an x to clear it.
All types - tick the kinds of activity to keep, or Select All, then Apply. Cancel leaves the filter as it was.
Narrowed to Captures and Sites/Buildings, the same log shows only who shared the site and who deleted a capture, and when.
- The active filter - shows the first type you picked and how many more (+1); the x clears it.
- What is left - only the entries that match every filter you set.
What gets recorded
The All types list answers what will I find in here. Today it holds twelve kinds of activity:

A project record, not an audit log
An audit log promises two things: that entries are kept for a stated period, and that they cannot be altered. This page promises neither; how long entries are retained has not been decided.
So it is the right place to answer what happened to this project last week, and the wrong thing to rely on for a compliance or dispute record.
