A bookmark saves a view — the capture, the spot and the direction you are looking — so you or your team can come straight back to it.

Personal and Team

The panel has two tabs. Personal bookmarks are yours alone. Team bookmarks are shared with everyone who can see the project, which makes them the right place for the views a project reviews itself on week after week.

Creating one

Get the view you want on screen, open Bookmarks in the tool rail, and choose Add Personal Bookmark or Add Team Bookmark, depending on the tab you are in. Give it a name that says what it is for — a team bookmark called “Bookmark 1” helps nobody.

The dialog also asks which capture should be opened with this bookmark: Keep the capture in the main view (whatever is open when someone follows it), Latest capture, or Specific capture with a date picker. A bookmark saves more than the camera: the navigation location, camera angle, level, BIM transport and filters, opened FormNotes, focused Photo & Voice Note, point-cloud settings and window layout all come back with it.

Managing them

Each bookmark has a context menu with Edit, Copy Bookmark URL, Move to team (or Move to Personal from the Team tab — with a confirmation, because the bookmark stops being shared) and Delete. Copy Bookmark URL gives a link that opens the viewer at that exact view — useful in a ticket, an email or a note.

When there are none

Both tabs start empty, each with its own prompt to add the first one. An empty Team tab means nobody has shared a view yet, not that you lack permission.
