What you can upload
Reality capture means point clouds and meshes produced by third-party hardware — terrestrial scanners, mobile mappers, photogrammetry. CupixConnect turns the file into a capture record in your project so it can be viewed and measured alongside 360° captures.

Uploading a file
Three steps, shown down the left of the window as Select Files, Area Info, Upload.
1. Select the file. Drag it onto the drop zone, or Choose File to browse. The panel lists the supported extensions and the size limit.
2. Say where it lands. The Area Info step — workspace, project, Site or Building, capture date, and a level if it is a building. See Choose where an upload lands.
3. Review and upload. The last step restates what is about to happen: the file and its size, the capture area, and the full destination path — ACME Construction › Riverside Tower › Building A › Jan 28, 2025 › 2F. Press Upload.
Read the destination line before you press Upload. It is the only place the whole path appears in one string, and it is the last chance to catch a wrong floor.
If the upload stops
It resumes. Open History, find the row — it will read Stopped with a partial count — and use the retry control on the row, or Resume All.
