About the screenshots in this article. Some were captured through a development harness that can put the app into a given state directly. A screenshot proves the screen exists and what it contains; it does not prove that state is what you will meet by default.
What it is for
Downloading a SiteView pulls all of its images and capture data onto your computer, so it can be opened and navigated without an internet connection using the SiteView Offline Viewer. It is the route for handovers, archival copies and sharing with someone outside your team.
Before you can use it
Three conditions, and all three are common reasons the card does nothing.

| The license is active | SiteView content cannot be downloaded once the license has expired. Archived projects are also unavailable. |
How to download
Open CupixConnect, go to the Download tab and choose Download SiteView Content.
Finished files land in the Download folder set in Settings. An interrupted download resumes from History, the same way an upload does.
What you get
An offline SiteView is two things: the capture data as a .cpxsv file, and the content — photos, reference plans and the rest. Both are needed. Open the .cpxsv file with the SiteView Offline Viewer.
